Flank Steak with garlic

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp parsley

1.  Mix all the ingredients except the butter and garlic and put them in a zip lock bag, then add the steak and let it marinate for one hour in the fridge.

2.  Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side.

3.  Set aside for 5 minutes and slice the steak.

4.  Add butter and garlic in medium heat and sear for a few minutes.

5.  Pour garlic sauce on top of steak.

6.  Garnish with parsley and serve.
