Fillet Chicken Wrap Asparagus Tempura Style

Asparagus is a kind of vegetable, boiled and ate as salad or stir fry. Now I cooked asparagus fried style with wrapped fillet chicken.

gr asparagus, wash and cut hard part.

1 slices chicken breast fillet and thin andlengthwise with wide 2 cm.

All purpose flour as needed.

1 egg, beaten lightly.

Breadcrumbs as needed.

Oil to fry.

pinch A of salt.

1/2 tsp ground pepper.

Water to boil asparagus.

1.  Simmers water until boil with salt. Boil asparagus and boil until half tender and drained.

2.  Rub chicken with salt and pepper. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3.  Wrap the asparagus with chicken, roll it over flour and dipped in egg, then roll it over breadcrumbs.

4.  Heat oil, fry asparagus with chicken until well done and golden brown with medium heat.

5.  Ready to be served as snack or set a side.
