I have a little craze towards middle eastern foods...Even if it is the simple pita bread or chicken shawarma ..I love it all day... And talking about shawarma...It is my favorite...HUH..I should make it soon... Now coming to todays recipe..This is the most famous dish all over mediterranean cuisine...This is a kind of chickpea pattice which is deep fried..This is either served as a wrap for pita bread or as a snack... The best combo for this is tahini sauce..I was searching a good recipe for this all over the net and found a awesome recipe from Edible Garden...It is a lemony tahini sauce...
