Kuru Fasulye is a traditional and the most popular Turkish dish and it is associated with Turks around the world just like sish kebab. Served warm with bread, rice or Bülgur Pilavi, it tastes best in cold weather !

500 g White beans, soaked in water overnight or canned ones
500 g Beef or Meat
3 medium Onions,
3 in Green Paprika, seeds removed and cut small pieces
3 Tomatoes, pulp and seeds removed and then chopped
3 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Tomato paste
5 cups Water or Meat stock
1/2-1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
