Easy Teriyaki Salmon Appetizers

Easy and quick teriyaki salmon appetizers with cream cheese and avocado. Perfect for any gathering!

1 pouch (5 ounces) pink salmon

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, plus more for garnish (optional)

3-4 green onions, sliced thinly

1 small avocado, sliced thinly

12 tablespoons cream cheese spread (or brick cream cheese, softened)

12 large deli style crackers

Sriracha hot sauce, if desired

1.  1.In a small bowl, mix salmon, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds, using a fork to break up the salmon.

2.  2.Spread 12 crackers with about a tablespoon each of cream cheese.

3.  3.Top each cracker with about 1 teaspoon salmon mixture. Sprinkle on green onion and top each appetizer with a thin slice of avocado. Garnish with additional sesame seeds and sriracha if desired.

4.  4.Serve immediately.
