Easy Mango Strawberry Ice Cream

Mango in season and even strawberry in season. And our ice cream lover family. Summer, so hot with temperature more than 35°C. My kids always want ice cream. They love mango and strawberry. Special Pakistan mango, so sweet like honey. I made ice cream with all of fruits what my kids love.

2 cups fresh milk/UHT.

3 cups fresh cream.

1 mango, cut.

5 strawberries.

2 tbsp strawberry yogurt.

1 cup sugar.

Almond and Pistachio, roughly chopped.

1.  Pour all of ingredients into blender, except almond and pistachio. Blend until soft, smooth and fluffy.

2.  Pour into plastic container and put into freezer until frozen.

3.  Take by ice cream spoon and sprinkle with almond and pistachio.

4.  Ready to be served. Easy, simple and quick. Enjoy your ice cream.
