Easy Greek Style Salad

Beat the winter blues with this all time favourite greek style salad! It is fast and easy to make and on top of that it is healthy!

3 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped

2 cucumbers, chopped

100g black olives

200g feta cheese, grated

100g cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

1 onion, chopped

1tbsp olive oil

1tbsp lemon juice

pinch a of salt

bunch a of fresh parsley, chopped

1.  In a salad bowl, combine the veggies.

2.  Add the cheddar and the olives.
