Curry leaves chutney/Kadipatta Chutney

Many times it happens that kids,teenagers or even adults don't like curry leaves and they take it out or sometimes its thrown away. Curry leaves are actually beneficial for our health. Its packed with carbohydrates,fiber,calcium,phosphorous,irons & vitamins like vitamin C,vitamin A,vitamin B,vitamin E. Well you can search more about this. Heres a curry leaves chutney recipe which can be used as a base chutney sandwiches or may be for sabji curries as you would like to. So here's the recipe.

2 c leaves Curry

1 tbsp Oil

1 small piece Dry coconut grated

1-2 tsp Sesame seeds/Til

Cumin seeds (jeera)

3-4 cloves Garlic

2-3 Green chillies

Salt to taste

1.  Wash clean the curry leaves and dry them to remove water.

2.  Heat oil in a wok, stir fry the curry leaves completely. Be careful while

4.  In a grinder pot, take the fried curry leaves,grated dry coconut,sesame seeds

5.  Garlic cloves,green chillies & cumin seeds.Add salt to taste.

6.  Grind to make a chutney.

7.  Serve this chutney in lunch meals or with some snacks etc.
