Using Ramen Noodles and ground beef, this is perfect for the family on a budget. Add some egg rolls on the side and you have a complete meal.

3 oz pkg beef flavored Ramen noodles, uncooked and divided

14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained

11 oz can corn, drained

1.  In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef w/ seasoning packet from noodles;drain.

2.  Break up noodles and stir into beef. Add tomatoes w/ juice and corn. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

3.  Add teryaki and green onions. Cook 5-10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.

4.  Garnish w/ extra green onions and serve w/ egg rolls.
