Crispy Chicken Legs

Great crispy chicken legs recipe that you can easily make spicy by adding Tabasco Sauce or cayenne pepper.

1 Egg

1 tablespoon Ketchup

75 g Breadcrumbs

100 g Peanuts (grated)

0.5 tsp Salt

Your favorite Spices for Chicken

60 ml Vegetable oil

1.  Wash chicken legs and remove skin.

2.  Whisk the egg.

3.  Add salt and ketchup, whisk.

4.  In a plastic bag or bowl, mix crumbs with grated peanuts and spices.

5.  Dip the leg into the egg mixture

6.  Then dip in the breadcrumbs.

7.  Completely cover it with dry mixture.

8.  On a hot frying pan fry each leg, about 30 minutes at 300F.
