preparation

1.  Chop spinach very fine. Melt butter in a saucepan, cook onion until soft.

2.  Stir in flour, cook, stirring until it turns a golden brown.

3.  Stir in spinach, cook a few minutes until it is quite dry, add salt.

4.  Stir in cream, bring to boiling and cook for 2 minutes.
