preparation

1.  Shred the peel from the orange and lemon. Remove the remaining peel and discard.

2.  Cut the orange and lemon into wedges and remove the seeds. Core apple and cut into chunks.

3.  In a blender place the fruit and add sugar. Process until its well chopped and then add the cranberries and process again.

4.  Transfer into a bowl and stir in the shredded orange and lemon peel.

5.  Cover and let it cool for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
