1/3 c sour cream

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp horseradish

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp capers

2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

2 tbsp chopped chives

2 cans crab meat, drained

1 large head lettuce

2 medium avocados

1.  Blend together mayo, sour cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, horseradish, salt, capers, eggs and chives.. Chill.

2.  Place crab meat in a large bowl. Break lettuce into bite sizes. Add to crab meat.

3.  Peel avocados and slice them into salad bowl.

4.  Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tbsp lemon juice.

5.  Toss salad with half the dressing and pass remaining dressing for a salad topping.
