1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup milk

1 cup oil

1.  Flake corned beef in a medium size bowl

2.  Add bread crumbs and Worcestershire sauce, mix well

3.  Shape into 4 patties, set aside

4.  In the same bowl combine egg with milk

5.  Stir in flour and beat until smooth

6.  Heat oil in a medium size skillet

7.  Coat each patty with batter, fry in hot oil until golden, about 3-5 minutes on each side

8.  Drain and serve hot with Spanish sauce if desired
