Okay. Deep breaths. Say it with me. “COOKIE BUTTER.” Genius. This is better than a cronut. This is one of the most genius creations on earth. It’s comparable to Nutella, and that’s saying something! Don’t know what Cookie Butter is? Cookie Butter is SPREADABLE COOKIES. Are you freakin’ kidding me?! Deep breaths. Now. There are gazillions of cookies out in the world, which means there are a gazillion Cookie Butter possibilities. I will show you the basics, and you can put on your aprons and thinking caps and go to town. I decided to make Snickerdoodle Butter. “Well what do you need snickerdoodle butter for?” What don’t you need it for?! It can go on anything, from bread, to waffles, to pancakes, to fruits, to whatever your heart desires. Just like making a peanut butter, this recipe only requires your creativity and a food processor.
