Coffee Milk Cupcake

I have many recipes about cupcake and muffin on my blog with many ingredients as chocolate, jam, cornflakes, ets... And now I made cupcake with coffee and milk powder. Soft and smooth consistency of cake. Good for breakfast and afternoon tea.

3 eggs.

90 gr castor sugar.

pinch A of salt.

80 gr all purpose flour.

20 gr milk powder.

20 gr instant coffee.

1 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp vanilla.

1/2 cup vegetable oil.

1/2 cup fresh cream.

1.  Preheat oven with 180°C.

2.  Mix flour, milk powder, instant coffee, vanilla and baking powder. Sifted until no clot.

3.  Whisk with whisk hand egg, sugar and salt until sugar and salt melt and bit foamy.

4.  Pour mixture of flour gradually and stirring constantly until well blended.

5.  Pour vegetable oil and fresh cream, stir until well blended.

6.  Prepare muffin mould with paper cup and pour the batter 1/2 cup. Bake until mature for 25 minutes.
