1 tbsp soya sauce

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice

1.  1/ Marinate the chicken wings with coconut milk, soya sauce, salt, brown sugar, pepper and lemon juice for 4 to 6 hours.

2.  2/ Grill the chicken wings using open fire or hot coals for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping and basting the wings with the remaining marinate sauce several times until the chicken wings is cook.

3.  3/ Serve immediately.
