1 tbl organic granulated sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbl organic maple syrup

2 tsp water

1 tsp oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1.  In 350F oven, bake almonds for 10 minutes. remove & set aside.

2.  Meanwhile, in a bowl combine sugars + salt.

3.  In a saucepan, heat up maple syrup, water, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat and add the almonds. cook until liquid has reduced, stirring often, it will get sticky.

4.  Transfer nuts to sugar bowl. mix well and pour almonds on parchment paper to cool.
