2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

3/4 cup milk

1/3 cup oil

1/4 cup honey

1 cup coarsely grated zucchini

2/3 cups raisins

1.  Oil the muffin cups, sift together the ingredients and in another bowl beat the eggs and mix with the oil, milk and honey.

2.  Add the dry ingredients and stir to moisten.

3.  Stir in the zucchini and raisins and spoon that gloop into the muffin cups.

4.  Bake for 25 minutes in a 375 oven.
