
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

I modified this recipe as per my taste and availability of ingredients over here. The original recipe calls for marshmallows, but I substituted it with peanut butter. The peanut butter which I used is not the store bought stuff, this is a homemade peanut butter. The original recipe calls for half of normal sugar and half of brown sugar..In my place I could not found brown sugar so I substituted it with jaggery and honey,still it came out great.

1/4 cup Brown sugar / Jaggery(sarkarai)
1/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch Salt,
10 pieces Graham Cracker or any Cracker
100 g Butter
1 cup Peanut butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking powder
Milk chocolate(I used dairy milk), as needed to cover a pan
