Chocolate Fudge Brownies

How many of you like Brownies? I see so many hands! I love Brownies, love them so much, but I haven’t tried them even once. Can you believe that? Yes, but yesterday I made “THE PERFECT BROWNIES IN THE WORLD.” It is so gooooood! I beg you to try this once, then you will become a complete addict like me. Yes, I'm gonna make it again today, heeheee...

1/2 cup Flour(maida)

1 cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 cup Cocoa

100g Butter

2 large Egg,

2 tsp Vanilla essence

dash Salt, a

1/2 cup Walnuts

1.  Preheat the oven to 170 degree celcius.

2.  Take a square pan and line it with aluminium foil and brush it with oil. Set this pan aside.

3.  Take a small bowl, crack open 2 eggs and beat along with 2 tsp of vanilla essence. Set this aside for a moment.

4.  Take a mixing bowl and add in the butter, melt this in the microwave for 1 min.

5.  Add in cocoa, sugar, egg mixture, walnuts &flour, mix well.

6.  Pour this in the pan and bake for 20-25 min. If you insert a tooth pick, it should have some moist texture. Remove pan and let cool for 5 min.

7.  Take out of the pan and peel away the foil. Cut into squares and serve with a glass of milk.
