1.  In a small, microwavable safe bowl, mash banana and Greek yogurt together. Add in Vanilla Extract and stir. Grind Oats in a small food processor or blender. Pour into bowl and mix until combined. Stir in dark chocolate chips. Flatten on bottom of the bowl and microwave 2 1/2 – 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and enjoy a cookie cake for Breakfast!
