90 gms butter, softened

1 cup whipping cream/ heavy cream

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

preparation

1.  Vanilla Chocolate Cupcake Recipe: Fold in the chocolate/nuts and spoon the batter in the prepared muffin trays. Bake the cupcakes for 15-17 mins, or till done. Take it out and let it cool completely, before frosting.

2.  Whipping Cream Vanilla Frosting: Stir all the ingredients in a cool bowl. Cover and keep in the fridge for 30 mins. (I use hand mixer with paddle attachment and chilled the attachments as well)

3.  Now whip the mixture till thick and peaks form (about 3-5 mins)
