Chipotle Chicken and Onion Wrap

An awesome freeze ahead meal. makes a batch of 12 wraps. individually wrap them in a paper towel, and then toss them all into a freezer safe bag, then into the freezer. when ready to eat, pull out one wrap, and toss in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, and you have an awesome lunch to go! check out more at

6 c Diced chicken - Cooked

8 oz Cream cheese- softened

2 T Chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce

1 T dried parsley

12 burrito size tortilla

1.  Melt butter, in a skillet over medium heat, add onions until translucent. mix all ingredients in a large bowl. scoop aprox 1/2 C of the mixture into each tortilla. roll the tortilla and wrap with a paper towel. Place in freezer safe bag and freeze. or eat right away … because they are awesome
