Chinese Noodles

This is a simple stir fry noodles recipe, but is so yummy and awesome. This is a perfect Chinese dish. Hope you all try this and let me know what you think.

1 packet Egg Noodles

3 Eggs

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste

2 Green chili

1 tbsp Pepper

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Vinegar

Salt to taste

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Ajinomoto

Spring onion, for garnish

1 tbsp Oil

1.  Cook egg noodles as per package instructions. Drain, drizzle with oil and toss well, so that the noodles wont stick with each other.

2.  In a small bowl mix together soy sauce and vinegar together, set this aside.

3.  In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and pour in the egg and scramble it till done, set this aside.

4.  In a pan, add oil, throw in the ginger garlic paste and mix well.

5.  Add in green chili, salt and sugar, mix well, add cooked noodles and toss well.

6.  Add soy sauce mixture, mix well.

7.  Add cooked eggs, mix well, then sprinkle with pepper and again mix well.

8.  Garnish with spring onion.
