Chimichurri Sauce

This famous Argentinean sauce is perfect for any grilled foods. My catering customers love this sauce on garlic crostini with grilled flank steak slices

1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco® sauce

1.  In a food processor with the motor running, mince the garlic. Add the parsley, cilantro, and basil.
