Chili Tofu with Oyster Sauce

This from my sister's recipe card. I just watched her cook this special tofu recipe yesterday.

5 slices of extra firm tofu, each about 2cm thick

2 Green chili

1 tsp oyster sauce

3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

3 tbsp of oil for frying

salt to taste

1.  Cut each slice of firm tofu again, about 1"/2cm in width, you will get rectangles of firm tofu.

2.  Fry tofu in oil on both sides until golden brown. Remove and keep oil in pan.

3.  In the same oil, fry the chopped garlic until crispy.

4.  Add oyster sauce.

5.  Add fried tofu and green chili, salt to taste if desired.

6.  Simmer for 1 minute.
