chickpeas with sumac

Healthy snack for all the familly with chickpeas cooked in the oven with sumac.You can make several combinations with your favor spices as smoked paprika and garlic for example, etc.

2 cans cooked chickpeas -15 ounces each (where 15 = 425.242847 grams) or 3 cups cooked chickpeas

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons sumac

1 teaspoon salt

1.  Preheat oven to 180 °C.

2.  Lay parchment paper on a low baking sheet for the oven.

3.  Drain the chickpeas well.Spread on a towel and rubbing gently to dry completely.

4.  In one bowl mix the ingredients and pour in chickpeas,stir well.

5.  Spread them on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 1 hour. As they baked we turn them 3-5 times from the side.

6.  Remove them from the oven and let cool on rack.

7.  As cool become more crisp.

8.  Serve or we keep them an airtight place for 2-3 days.
