Chickpea Salad Sliders

Want a delicious alternative to the typical tuna or chicken salad? These chickpea salad sliders are super easy to make, tastes great and make a great snack or appetizer! My youngest daughter has been craving chickpea salad, so we decided to whip some up for these sliders!

3 oz - 15 cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed

3/4 cup celery, chopped

3/4 cup red onion, chopped

3/4 cup - 1 dill relish

1 cup "Just Mayo" (dairy free)

2 tsp mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1.  Drain and rinse chickpeas.

2.  Put in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is obtained, then add to large bowl.

3.  Add celery, onion, relish, mix well.

4.  Stir in mayo and mustard. Mix well.

5.  Add salt and pepper, adjust as needed.

6.  Serve chilled.
