My favorite is chicken soup. Good taste. Many time, i cooked chicken soup. Specially, when we invite some friend. Now, I can share a recipe of chicken soup. Check it out my recipe

2 chicken breast.

500 ml chicken broth.

1 medium onion, roughly chopped.

100 ml cream.

75 grs parsley, roughly chopped.

Butter for stir fry.

Salt as neccessary.

1/4 tsp ground pepper.

1.  Boil chicken breast with chicken broth, until tender.

2.  Take from the broth and roughly chopped.

3.  Heat frypan, put butter.

4.  Stir fry onion, salt and pepper powder with butter, until fragrant and tender.

5.  Take 3/4 of chicken breast and mix with stir fry onion.

6.  Pour 2 ladles of broth and boil until boiled e thick.

7.  Pour into blender and blend until puree.

8.  Pour to pan of broth and add 1/4 chicken breast, boil until boiled.

9.  Add parsley and ready to be served.
