Chicken Sopas

I just made this chicken sopas because it's raining almost the whole day, and I love to sip hot and delicious chicken soup.

4 cups macaroni

1 whole chicken meat, diced

4 regular hotdog, sliced crosswise

1/4 cabbage shredded

1/2 head garlic, minced

1 medium size onion, chopped

1 cup malungay leaves

2 chicken bullion

1/4 cup evaporated milk

1 tablespoon cooking oil

Salt and pepper

1.  In a casserole boil chicken meat until tender.

2.  Remove chicken from casserole set aside broth.

3.  Dice chicken meat.

4.  In same casserole sauté garlic, onion, add chicken meat cook for 2-5 minutes.

5.  Add chicken bullion stir cook for another 1-3 minutes and the broth, let boil.

6.  Add the macaroni and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until soft and tender.

7.  Add hotdog and vegetables and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

8.  Season with salt and pepper. Add the evaporated milk and cook for another 2-5 minutes.

9.  Serve immediately.
