love this one totally, not coz its a helathy salad, but for the fact that teh chicken salami and teh veggies make it a wholesome comforting meal in itself..minus the calories, it can be your complete meal..In fact for rice lovers, justt add spoonfuls of cooked rice and you hav ean amazing chicken and rice salad for yourself....

1 cup Chicken salami- sliced and sauted
1 cup Peas- par boiled
1/2 Snow peas- cup(optional)
1/2 in Brocoli florets blanched- cup(optional).I didn't use since I didn't have the stock
cup Shredded cabbage-1/2
1 cup baby corn- boiled
1/2 tsp ginger(grated)-
tsp garlic(chopped)-1/2
For the dressing
1 tbsp red chilli sauce/thai chillli sauce
1 tsp honey
1tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated orange rind/orange juice
1/2 tasp brown sugar
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
lemon grass-the white part chopped
tsp Thai tamarind sauce(optional)-1/2
For garnish
slices tomato
