2 cups broccoli crowns

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

3 tablespoons Macadamia nut oil

1/4 cup Tamari

1/4 cup water

preparation

1.  CUT 1 PACKAGE OF CHICKEN BREASTS INTO SMALL PIECES.

2.  PLACE IN A ZIPLOC WITH ENOUGH CORNSTARCH TO COAT GENEROUSLY.

3.  POUR IN 2 TABLESPOONS OF TOASTED SESAME OIL AND SHAKE THE CHICKEN AROUND!

4.  HEAT A FEW TABLESPOONS OF MACADAMIA NUT OIL IN THE CAST IRON PAN UNTIL HOT! ADD CHICKEN AND COOK UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE BROWN, JUST A FEW MINS. REMOVE THE CHICKEN TO A PLATE.

5.  ADD BROCCOLI TO THE PAN. ALONG WITH THE BROCCOLI, ADD APPROX. 1/4C. WATER TO HELP STEAM IT. ONCE IT TURNS BRIGHT GREEN AND THE WATER EVAPORATES, RETURN THE CHICKEN TO THE PAN. (ADD MORE WATER IF PAN STARTS TO SCORCH)

6.  Optional: ADD FRESH PINEAPPLE AND DRIZZLE TAMARI ON TOP TO YOUR LIKING.

Cooks' note:
IF YOU DON'T HAVE MACADAMIA NUT OIL, USE CANOLA. YOU CAN ALSO USE TERRIYAKI SAUCE IN PLACE OF TAMARI. USING TAMARI WILL MAKE THE DISH GLUTEN FREE!
