Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Out of all cookies my favorite one is Chocolate chip cookies, I love chocolate and all things made of chocolate. This cookies has become my all time favorite. Came out so good! This is not the hard kind of cookie, it came out so soft and chewy. I highly recommend to try this cookie. Hope you'll try this it and tell me how it came.

1 cup Flour

3/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

100 g Butter

2 tsp Vanilla essence

1 Egg

1 tsp Baking Soda

dash of Salt

1.  In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda & salt together. Whisk egg with vanilla in a small bowl and set aside.

2.  Take a mixing bowl, add in butter and sugar, beat with an electric mixer till it gets creamy.

3.  Pour in the egg mixture, beat till fluffy and pale.

4.  Put in the flour mixture and beat till combined.

5.  Add in the chocolate chips and fold gently.

6.  Put this on to a plastic sheet, form into a square shape. Cover it with the plastic wrap and set it in fridge for 1-2 hours.

7.  Preheat the oven to 160°C(320°F)

8.  Remove this from the fridge and cut into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball shape and place on a cookie sheet or a well buttered tray leaving lot of space between each other.

9.  Place this on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 18-20 min or until light golden.

10.  Remove this from the oven and let it cool completely before placing them on to a wire rack. Let it cool completely.

11.  Put this in to an air tight container and enjoy with a glass of milk.
