1/2 cup green peas

250 grams spiced ham, minced

1/2 cup diced sweet red bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 large carrot, minced

1 cup diced cheese

1 large onion, minced

1 stalk celery, minced

2 tsp iodized salt

4 segment minced garlic

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup raisins

1 tbsp sugar

1.  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

2.  Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.

3.  Divide mixture into four parts.

4.  Roll each part into a log and wrap it in a sheet of aluminum foil.

5.  Cook the logs in a hot steamer for 45 minutes.

6.  Cook logs for 20 minutes.

7.  Unwrap logs and slice diagonally.

8.  Serve with tomato catsup.
