1 packet (400 g) McVitie's Digestive Biscuits

4 oz of butter

1 pack of gelatin, lemon flavor

400 g of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 tin of evaporated milk

100 ml Baileys

1.  Crumble biscuits in a blender.

2.  Melt butter.

3.  Put the butter and biscuits in a blender, make into a dough.

4.  Put the dough in a cake tin (spring-cake), squish it firm to the bottom

5.  Meld your jelly in a ¼ pint of water in your microwave.

6.  Take the cheese and put it in the blender with the melded jelly and the evaporated milk, whisk until a nice mass. To add some more flavor add Baileys to your taste.

7.  Put this on top of the dough until the top of the spring-cake.

8.  Put everything in the fridge for at least 5hrs, even better for 24hrs.
