Broiled Fish Wraps

I love seafood.It is a light healthy meal.

serves: 2-4

1 medium Tomato

5 or cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup of Lettuce

2 medium soft flour tortilla

1 Tilapia or fish of your choice

Parsley flakes

2 tsps of Green seasoning

1 dash of Fish seasoning

2 dash of Garlic Powder

1 tsp of Bread crumbs

1/3 tsp of virgin oil

2 Limes

1.  Soak fish in cool water with one squeezed lemon for 10mn

2.  Cut vegetables into small pieces

3.  Cover and place in refrigerator

4.  Preheat oven/Toaster on broil

5.  Ps: I used my toaster oven

6.  Rinse fish under cool water

7.  Add Green seasoning

8.  Spread evenly on both sides

9.  Add 1 sprinkles of fish seasoning

10.  On both sides

11.  Sprinkles of parsley flakes

12.  On both sides

13.  Apply oil on both sides of fish

14.  Place in baking dish or pan

15.  Squeeze 1 lime over fish

16.  Lightly sprinkle plain breadcrumbs

17.  Bake for 18-20mn

18.  Remove from heat and let it sit

19.  Cut fish into medium rectangle pieces

20.  Place soft tortillas in a flat plate

21.  Add lettuce to the center of the tortilla

22.  Add fish

23.  Add tomato

24.  Add dressing of choice

25.  Bring one side of the tortilla over the contents

26.  Repeat this step with the opposite side and flip

27.  You can use a toothpick to keep it in place
