preparation

1.  In a vegetable chopper , chop the beetroot fine. (you can see in the pic how fine it should be..)

2.  In a bowl , mix chopped onion, coconut, red chilly powder, pepper powder, curry Leaves and salt.

3.  Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds. Now add the mix to it. Mix well. Cook until the beets are done ans soft.

4.  Serve with rice.
