Bhuna is dried curry Bangladesh, which should be stirred constantly until water dried and spices permeated. Similiar with Indonesia curry, we call beef rendang. But for cook not long time like beef rendang from Padang.

4 green cayenne pepper (if you can put more or less, as you like).

1 tsp ground cumin.
1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
4 cms cinnamon.
2 bay leaves.
4 cardamoms.
5 cloves.
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced.
2 tbsp plain yogurt.
Salt is required.
