2/3 cup soft bread crumbs

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 egg

1 tablespoon original Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup dairy sour cream

1/3 cup dry sherry

3 cups hot cooked rice

preparation

1.  Combine beef, crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.

2.  Form mixture into 18 meatballs (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter).

3.  Cook meatballs over medium heat in a large skillet until brown, about 20 minutes.

4.  Blend broth into flour.

5.  Add broth mixture, seasonings, soup and sherry to skillet containing the meatballs; simmer 10 minutes.

6.  Stir in sour cream; heat through but do not boil.

7.  Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
