1 pound lean ground pork shoulder

1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/3 cup grated romano cheese, optional

2 tablespoons Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce

1 teaspoon Head Country Seasoning

1.  Make a well in the center of the meat.

2.  Add the breadcrumbs, cheese, Bar-BQ sauce, and seasonings.

3.  Form four patties.

4.  Grill patties and pineapple slices to desired doneness.

5.  The meat should be pink in the center.

6.  Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with pineapple slices, red onion, tomato and lettuce.

Cooks' note:
Top off with sliced red onion sliced tomato and lettuce leaves.
