1 cup Skim Milk

1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg Powder

1 cup Ice Cubes

1/4 cup Oats

3 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Honey

3/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

2.  Take a blender and place all the ingredients.

3.  Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until everything is smooth.

4.  Pour this Banana Smoothie in to long glasses and have it immediately or chilled.

Cooks' note:
Better to use frozen bananas, a way to reduce the starch content in bananas.
