Banana and Pear Cake

I have 3 bananas and pear. My kids are boring just eat banana and pear. They want cake as snack for afternoon. So, rather than discarded some mushy bananas and pears. Better made banana and pear cake for afternoo as our snack. Easy, quick and simple ingredients.

250 gr all purpose flour.

5 tbsp milk powder.

1/2 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp vanilla.

175 gr sugar.

175 gr melted butter.

7 medium eggs, size.

3 - 4 bananas, mashed.

1 pear, finely chopped.

1.  Whisk egg and sugar until thick and fluffy.

2.  Add mashed banana, stir until combine evenly.

3.  Mix flour, milk powder, vanilla and baking powder. Pour into the dough, stir until combine evenly.

4.  Pour melted butter and mix until combine evenly.

5.  Coated pears with flour, and mix to the dough. Stir until combine evenly.

6.  Preheat oven 180°C. Pour the dough into the baking pan has been covered with baking paper, and bake until mature.

7.  Ready to be served as snack or for breakfast tomorrow morning.
