Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie tastes amazing and it's good for your body too. It has a lot of proteins and its a perfect working out protein drink. Hemp seeds help smooth muscles, control inflammation and body temperature. Hemp seeds contain over 30% fat. Adding a banana to it will give you the right vitamins, nutrients and minerals.
