A nice and easy baked scallop recipe.

2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon dill weed

2 pounds of large scallops, washed in cold water & dried

cracker crumbs

1/4 cup of buter

slices lemon for garnish

1.  Grease up a 12x9 inch backing dish.

2.  Beat water, thyme, dill weed and eggs.

3.  Dip scallops in beaten mixture and cover with cracker crumbs.

4.  Arrange the scallops alongside each other and drizzle with melted butter.

5.  Bake at 425F for 18minutes.

Cooks' note:
Use lemon slices as garnish to bring a little sparkle to the presentation of this dish.
