BAKED SALMON RECIPE FOIL WITH CHORIZO AND CHEESE

4 Salmon Fillets-

1 large Onion- (finely sliced)

2 Tomatoes- (sliced)

4-5 slices Mild Cheddar Cheese-

1 Smoked Chorizo sausage- ( If you can’t find these Chilean sausage, use bacon or any sausages)

2 tbsp Dried oregano- / 10 ml

1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary- (finely chopped)

Lemon (optional)-1 (sliced)

Salt- To Taste

Black Pepper-To Taste

Serve with potatoes or salad.
