preparation

1.  •Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  •Slice pear in half. Chop one half and thinly slice the other.

3.  •Mix all ingredients but thinly sliced pear, cashews, and maple syrup in a small bowl.

4.  •Pour mix into mini casserole dish and top with remaining pear and cashews.

5.  •Bake for 20 minutes.

6.  •Drizzle maple syrup on top.
