1 oz Fresh Apple Juice

1 oz Cranberry Juice

1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice + more for the rim

1.  Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with bacon salt (I like to dip the rim in fresh lemon juice before adding the bacon salt, but water works fine too). Enjoy!

Cooks' note:
The homemade bacon and apple infused vodka takes a few days to make, but you can also buy commercially available vegan/veg/kosher "bacon vodka."

I make my own bacon salt with a ratio of 1:1.3 of bacon to sea salt. For a finer texture, use a food processor. Also be sure to use sea salt rather than table salt or else it would be too potent. If you'd like a vegan/veg/kosher option, you can usually find one online.
