3 tbsp mirin

2 tsp Japanese soy sauce

1 tsp white sugar

1tsp dashi or aji no moto

Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.   Cut some slits on both sides of the chicken.

3.  Lower the flame. Remove excess oil by wiping with kitchen paper.

4.  Add in all the remaining ingredients. Stir and let it simmer.

5.  Turn the chicken and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
