Asparagus Omelet with Cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

3-4 asparagus

1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoon 1% milk

2 tablespoon diced tomato

1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoon diced onion

3 large eggs

2 tablespoons cheese

leaves few crushed mint

salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1.  Put some butter on pan, add garlic, onions fry them slightly.

2.  Now add tomato and asparagus and fry them for few seconds.

3.  Add little pepper powder and salt according to your taste. Remove them from the pan.

4.  Put egg white, milk, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and start beating.

5.  Now again add some olive oil to the pan, put the egg mixture on it.

6.  Let it cook at medium flame.

7.  Add the cooked veggies on to the omelet.

8.  Sprinkle some grated cheese and mint leaves.

9.  Fold the omelet into half and serve it on the plate.

Cooks' note:
If you are diet conscious, avoid cheese or use low fat cheese and use skimmed milk.
